Return Policy & Procedure

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED FROM THEALINKER.COM?

For now, we offer a 15-day return policy for merchandise purchased on "thealinker.com". The return policy is intended for determined people, as it takes time to get used to, and to adjust to, your Alinker. To avoid unnecessary shipping, please make sure you have contacted customer service, confirmed your size, and talked through possible concerns you might have. Please only order the Alinker if you are committed to trialling it for up to 15 days.

Returns must be authorized in advance by phone or email, at which time you will be given the return shipping instructions. All returned merchandise must be returned in pristine condition the original manufacturer’s packaging including the box it was shipped in, and the email with the return authorization.

REFUND POLICY

To be eligible for a refund for a product purchased through thealinker.com, permission to return an item must be requested within 15 days from the shipping date and is subject to our approval.

Returned items must include a copy of your receipt (with your order # and order details) that you received via email, as well as a copy of the return authorization.

You will be responsible for return shipping charges unless:

1. the return is due to our shipping error
2. the product is damaged or defective, in which case we will refund the shipping costs for ground or economy return shipments.

Please retain tracking information for your shipment, as we cannot assume responsibility for return packages lost in transit.

Please send an email to orders@thealinker.com with your order number. If you received a damaged or defective product, please include photos showing the damage, and indicate whether you would like a refund or a replacement sent to you.

If the product is returned to us according to this Refund Policy and within 15 days of receipt, we will be happy to issue you a refund for the purchase of the product.
