Return Policy & Procedure

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED FROM THEALINKER.COM?

Merchandise purchased from the "thealinker.com" may be returned within 30 days of purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us and we will work with you to resolve any issues, replace or exchange the product, or issue a refund (see refund policy below). Returns must be authorized in advance by phone or email at which time you will be given the return address as well as a return authorization number.

All returned merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging including the box it was shipped in, and the return authorization number.

REFUND POLICY

To be eligible for a refund for a product purchased through thealinker.com, returned items must include a copy of your receipt (with your order # and order details) that you received via email.

You will be responsible for return shipping charges unless:

  1. the return is due to our shipping error
  2. the product is damaged or defective, in which case we will refund the shipping costs for ground or economy return shipments.

Please retain tracking information for your shipment, as we cannot assume responsibility for return packages lost in transit.

Please send an email to customerservice@thealinker.com with your order number. If you received a damaged or defective product, please include photos showing the damage, and indicate whether you would like a refund or a replacement sent to you. If you are unsatisfied with the product and the product is returned to us in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase, we will be happy to issue you a full refund (return shipping costs are not included).
